Connor,
I know you have got to be exhausted after your ordeal today and to tell you the truth your mommy and daddy are too. Its been a long day but there have been a lot of people, thousands of people, praying for the three of us and you in particular. So here we stand, at the beginning of a new day, as a testament to the power of prayer and the power of God because it was He who held you tight and kept you from danger today and it was He who helped guide the hands of Dr. Morales and his team and it was He that gave your mommy and daddy the most amazing little boy with the strength of an army to carry them through this.
You are a hero son, the kind of hero we never knew until we met you and the kind we hope that we can one day be as well.
